We're thinking of hosting thanksgiving this year, I'm trying to recall what all we usually eat at thanksgiving.
Things we usually eat at thanksgiving:
Turkey
Stuffing
Gravy
Mashed potatoes
Ham
Sweet potatoes
Green beans (possibly casserole)
Pumpkin pie
Grandma's Torte
Fruit salad
Needs more veggies... Maybe roasted carrots?

Date: 2015-10-07 02:57 am (UTC)The table thingy might be necessary... Depending on your availability to spend money on a table, I might suggest a folding/plastic table... They are really useful for all sorts of things (I have used ours at volunteer events, craft sales, and the many things at home that need a table that moves around), pretty sturdy, and the ones that fold in half even fit in the back of Woggy's Honda! They look nice enough with a tablecloth on.

Whisk together some maple syrup and balsamic vinegar, dump it on some sprouts that you've halved or quartered, depending on size, and chuck it in the oven for about... eh, mine goes about thirty minutes? Eat the entire pan and threaten the rest of the family with a fork for trying to take some. ;)
I am definitely going to have to pick up a folding table.
